CODES OF CONDUCT
What the School Community expects of its members in all aspects of School life has a large bearing on the overall spirit and tone of the School.
The principles of the Code of Conduct are communicated to the children as part of their lessons; especially through story and the general handling of the class by the teacher.
All employees will have a copy of the Code of Conduct. Parents are made aware of appropriate aspects at the enrolment interview and at parent/teacher meetings.
Consistent with the ethos of Aetaomah it is recognised that:
-
All students and staff have rights and responsibilities
-
All students and staff have the responsibility to respect the rights of other student and staff.
-
When all rights are respected and responsibilities carried out the School will run harmoniously and efficiently and create an atmosphere of self-discipline and self- respect in which students are encouraged to develop their full potential.
